The importance of Formatting
This is a simple example of why formatting matters in information design: The WE (Women’s entertainment network) website is wetv.com.  They write it as WEtv.com as to not have it look like the URL is WETv.com. This is a great example of why we need to standardize cap-breaks in URLs when we are writing them out.  ie: CollegeHumor.com or BustedTees.com

Microsoft strong arming
My blackberry force-downloaded the Bing app yesterday after I restarted it. Even more annoying, it’s the only 3rd party app on my phone that can’t be deleted.
