Here’s a pic of my new tattoo - It’s Tillie from Coney Island.  He’s an interesting piece of local history of both New Jersey and New York.  Both used different variations of him as symbols for their amusement parks although, Coney Island was first.  ”Tillie” get’s his name after Geroge C. Tilyou-  the owner of the Steeplecase in Coney Island.  
Since their heydays in the early part of the century - both have deteriorated and are undergoing redevelopment but will lose all the old hand painted signage and architecture.  It’ll be sad to see these creepy old relics go
